The Royal Aeronautical Society’s annual recruitment fair, Careers in Aerospace & Aviation LIVE, returns on Friday 9 November, the UK’s only recruitment event dedicated to aerospace and aviation. Aimed at bringing together our extensive network of employers and training providers and individual members, the event is ideally suited for organisations looking to promote career opportunities in aerospace, space, aviation, defence, MRO and operations, such as training and courses, apprenticeship routes, graduate employment, flight training and direct entry roles.

A careers fair with a difference

Taking place at the Society’s beautiful headquarters in London, visitors come from across the UK and beyond and include current students, recent graduates, younger visitors looking for apprenticeships as well as more experienced candidates – including service leavers – seeking direct entry roles.

The event is promoted widely to RAeS members as well as our university and college partners to help ensure all those committed to aerospace have access to meeting employers, resulting in a diverse audience who all share a passion for and knowledge of aerospace and aviation, with around 700-800 visitors expected over the two sessions.

With many employers looking to find high quality candidates with the right awareness, knowledge and understanding of the aerospace and aviation sector, our event helps provide the perfect solution to meeting skills gaps.
