18 May 2026 – Montreal — The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) announced the addition of six new Industry Partners from North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania thus far in 2026.

IBAC welcomes BLAK Aviation (New Zealand), Clay Lacy Aviation (U.S.), Gazali Aviation (Turkey), Keystone Law (U.K.), Manny (Mexico), and a newly formed flight operation, WOXOF Enterprises (Canada). This brings current participation in the Industry Partner program to a total of 31 organizations across five continents.

Meet the New Partners:

  • BLAK Aviation: Based in New Zealand, BLAK Aviation specializes in bespoke aircraft charter services, bringing a unique South Pacific perspective and a commitment to operational excellence to the IBAC community.
  • Clay Lacy Aviation: Founded in 1968 by its legendary namesake aviator, Clay Lacy is one of the most experienced executive jet fleet operators in the United States, and services include aircraft management, charter, maintenance, and FBO. Their involvement reinforces a shared commitment to safety, service, and sustainability in the North American market.
  • Gazali Aviation: Representing the growing business aviation sector in Turkey, Gazali Aviation provides comprehensive flight support and consultancy, bridging the gap between European and Asian operational standards.
  • Keystone Law: A leading law firm with an internationally renowned corporate and private aviation practice, Keystone Law advises on all aspects of aviation law. The team have decades of experience navigating sale and purchase transactions, aircraft finance, regulatory issues and litigation.
  • Manny: Following a successful announcement at the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee (S&D) Conference in March, Mexico-based Manny continues to strengthen IBAC ties in Latin America as a renowned provider of ground handling and flight support.
  • WOXOF Enterprises: As a newly formed operation based in western Canada, WOXOF Enterprises specializes in humanitarian flights from its base near Vancouver.
