BBGA members Hunt & Palmer (Julie Black); Luxaviation (George Galanopoulos); Centreline (Gus Paterson) and WINGX’s Richard Koe participated in a charter panel hosted by UAS International Trip Support last week at EBACE.

They discussed how digitalisation isn’t quite there when it comes to personal Itineraries; the value of the charter broker and how clients who fly privately become  ‘addicted’ to it, remarked Doug Gollan, Private Jet Comparisons, who also featured.

Larger business jets are becoming more popular – with groups opting for types like the Embraer Praetor, Bombardier Challenger 350,  the panel agreed.  Participating in an earlier session on Trip Support Harrods’ Aviation Will Holroyd remarked that business jets are getting bigger – but our airports / FBOs are not, which is proving a challenge.  XLR Aviation’s Chris Beer endorsed this.
