
Bombardier recently published its 2025 Sustainability Report. This report describes progress achieved in 2025, marking the final year of the 2021-2025 Bombardier Sustainability Plan. Building on this momentum, the company has launched its 2026-2030 Sustainability Plan, marking the next phase of its commitment to a sustainable and financially resilient future.
Here are some highlights:
- 25% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (scope 1 and 2) relative to 2019;
- Total waste was 15% lower relative to 2019;
- 9.5 metric tonnes of excess leather and fabric were upcycled or donated by Bombardier;
- 2.7M U.S. gallons of blended SAF purchased in 2025;
- 81% employee engagement score, exceeding the 75% target for 2025;
- Ranked #1 for Product Support in Aviation International News and Professional Pilot surveys
Additionally, Bombardier has also published its Environmental Brochure, which is a condensed version of the Sustainability Report that presents the company’s key environmental priorities, performance highlights, and progress toward its sustainability objectives in a concise and accessible format.
Furthermore, during the recent Farnborough Airshow, Bombardier published the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for the Global 8000 aircraft, which contains detailed information on the environmental impact of the aircraft, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and rigorous environmental management and reporting.
