ZURICH / January 19, 2026 – Jet Aviation announced today that it will provide sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) during the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026. This will be the fifth year the company has supported SAF availability in Zurich as part of its ongoing efforts to enable more sustainable choices for its customers.

Jet Aviation was the first company to make SAF available in Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum in 2020. Since then, it has offered an on-site supply of SAF during WEF 2023, 2024, and 2025, and via Book & Claim in 2022. SAF is widely recognized as having the potential to lower lifecycle emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional jet fuel.

“We are delighted to be able to offer SAF on-site again during the World Economic Forum in Davos,” says Joao Martins, vice president FBO operations Europe & general manager, Zurich. “SAF is an important part of supporting our industry’s efforts towards a more sustainable future. Since introducing SAF for WEF in 2020, we have continued to support its availability for the meeting, as well as expanding access at our sites in Switzerland, including introducing a permanent supply at our global headquarters in Basel. I would like to thank all of our partners for their collaboration in these efforts and look forward to working together in the future to provide even more sustainable fuel opportunities for our customers in Switzerland and beyond.”

Jet Aviation supports customer access to SAF through a combination of on-site availability at 13 facilities worldwide and via its global Book & Claim program, which enables customers to access the benefits of SAF in locations where a physical supply is not yet available.

“We promise customers an effortless experience, and a key part of this is listening to their needs and providing them with the services that they are looking for, when and where they need them,” says Jeremie Caillet, president. “Alongside SAF, we continue to implement more sustainable choices across our business, such as building to sustainable standards, providing electric charging stations and using electric ground equipment, recycling, waste management and reduction of single-use plastics, as well as innovating sustainable solutions such as bio-based resin for non-structural parts in VIP completions. We are committed to continuing to innovate in this area as part of our contribution towards the industry’s efforts for a more sustainable future.”

Jet Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) with over 4,500 employees and 50 locations worldwide. Jet Aviation’s offerings include aircraft management, aircraft sales, charter, completions, government programs, FBO, maintenance and staffing.
