MedAire CEO Bill Dolny Elected as Vice-Chair

30 October 2025 – Montreal, Canada — The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) successfully concluded its 4th Industry Advisory Forum (IAF), held recently in conjunction with the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (BACE). The forum brought together key leaders from the IBAC Industry Partner Programme (IPP) and IBAC Member Associations to review and discuss IBAC’s global initiatives, the successful outcomes from the recent ICAO 42nd Assembly, and other work being done on behalf of the global business aviation industry.

“Increasingly, our Industry Partner Programme is an important extension of the IBAC global community, and we are pleased that 16 IPP organizations, along with representatives from eight IBAC Member Associations, huddled together at the conclusion of BACE,” said Kurt Edwards, Director General of IBAC. ”This was our largest turnout to date, reflecting the growing engagement from global leaders who operate and support business aviation to be involved in our work.”

Respected industry veteran, Bill Dolny, CEO of MedAire, was unanimously elected as Vice-Chair of the Industry Advisory Forum – which meets twice annually. I look forward to working closely with Bruce and the entire IBAC partner network to grow this vital collaboration and ensure our international support.”
