What does ‘know, like and trust’ mean exactly in today’s digital world? 

If you’re anything like me, that means returning to the same content creators again and again because they have interesting things to say that resonate.

Here’s the thing – many of. your competitors are likely posting content. 

But they’re not building recognition, depth, or that sense of “I know them, I trust them.” Especially if they’re relying solely on chat gpt to write their posts.

Personal branding isn’t about being flashy. It’s about:

  • Using your own voice – (even if AI helps you with the first draft)
  • Being consistent in your values
  • Showing your face and voice — not just your logo
  • Giving people a way to connect with you before they even meet you in person
     

And video is the fastest route there.

Whether you’re in corporate or commercial aviation, or supply both — authority still matters. But it no longer comes from print media alone. It comes from visibility and clarity on social media platforms.

So here’s my challenge. Show your expertise. Talk to camera. Start simple.
