The main details of this revision are summarised below:

  • Transfer of FDR/CVR functional test from RP9 (Airworthiness) AMP National Requirements to RP4 (Flight Operations), and new guidance provided on acceptable methods;
  • Update to operating requirements in the NAT HLA;
  • MEL preamble requirements updated to require reference to the IOM MMEL Supplement (published in RP71 and RP72)
  • NEF programme rectification interval increased to 365 days;
  • Enhancement to the list of Maintenance Procedures which can be completed by flight crew to provide further operational resilience;
  • Updated to reflect the latest qualification options and requirements for operating into Lugano airport;
  • Enhancement to the support offered to operators following a ramp check, including a new dedicated email address for the Proof of Inspection (POI) to be emailed to ramp.inspection@gov.im.
