IMPROVEMENTS TO ONLINE SERVICES

From 23rd April 2024, access to the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry Digital Information System (ARDIS) will be extended to clients who are not directly linked to an aircraft such as holders of general flight crew and aircraft maintenance engineer licence validations.

The changes will enable users not linked to specific ‘M’ registered aircraft to view and download:

  1. Invoices, balance screens and statements;
  2. Certificates of validation (where applicable);
  3. Renewal report for certificates of validation.

Existing ARDIS Users

If you already have access to ARDIS and hold a licence validation the new access will become available to you when you next login after the changes are made live, so long as the email address recorded for you is the same for all of your recorded roles and validations.

New ARDIS Users

If you are new to ARDIS, you will receive a registration email inviting you to set up your account when a new invoice is raised, or a statement generated for you.  Once you register your account, you will be able to change your password.

New users will also need to set up two-factor authentication.

Guidance on logging in is available from the ARDIS homepage.

 Benefits

The changes mean that:

  • all IOMAR clients will have the ability to access to the documents appropriate to their relationship with the aircraft registry, 24/7;
  • standardised client screens for ease of use;
  • enhanced security of your personal data held by the aircraft registry;
  • enhanced security of your financial transactions with the aircraft registry.

We hope you will find the new look access useful.
