TAG Global Training has relocated to its new offices in Farnborough Airport. This move is designed to bring the training centre and TAG Aviation’s UK Headquarters closer together within the same building and to create a space that will facilitate the prospect of future
expansion. It took a year of planning, designing and construction to bring to life the vision of TAG Global Training’s Manager, Debbie Elliott.
Debbie has led the design concept with the full support of Jo Goodall, CEO TAG Aviation Europe, and the Board of Directors. “I wanted to ensure that the new space represented the TAG heritage, as you ascend the stairs to the new office, the graphics on the entrance
windows show the landscape of the iconic hangars, control tower and terminal that won a prestigious design award back in 2003. The reception area has the word ‘Hello’ translated into many different languages as a warm welcome to our global clientele.
The client area and various walls in the space are adorned with original works of art from local Hampshire artist, Robin Mullen. Finally, we acknowledge four of the gateway countries in which TAG Aviation currently has an operational footprint, our classrooms have been named London, Hong Kong, Malta and Geneva.
This new centre would not have been possible without the full support of TAG Aviation’s board who backed the project with significant investment, thus securing the future of TAG Global Training as the centre of excellence for pilot and cabin crew training in Europe”.
Jo Goodall, CEO TAG Aviation Europe, was impressed with the new centre as she cut the ceremonial ribbon on its opening.
“This is an important development for TAG Global Training, which is celebrating its 15th year of providing ground school training courses for private aviation pilots and cabin crew.
Our new, state-of-the-art facilities here will enhance our ability to deliver the highest quality training for those wishing to pursue a career not only in private aviation but
intending to work for high-net-worth individuals in many different roles. On behalf of the TAG Aviation Board of Directors I would like to congratulate Debbie and her team for designing and delivering this remarkable new centre, which will play a pivotal role in defining TAG as a major force in the field of private aviation training.”
