When Adam Twidell was CEO of PrivateFly, one of the things that helped his charter business grow was using video to answer the questions his customers needed the answers to quickly.

  • What does the aircraft actually look like inside?
  • Where can it fly?
  • What’s the difference between a Citation XLS and an Praetor 300?
  • How much luggage can we take?

By offering clear, simple explanations—on camera—he made the whole experience feel more transparent. And that built trust, fast. He was also able to smooth over a potentially tricky customer situation as he explains here. (Click the image below to watch what he says)

We created video content that positioned him as a calm expert. Not salesy, not flashy—just informative and human. That helped PrivateFly stand out in a crowded market. Those videos are still working for the company today – SEVEN years later.

That being said, If there’s one place you can capture shots of private jets and aircraft, it’s at a tradeshow, and Aero Friedrichshafen is fast approaching.

We still have a couple of spots left for shooting there – though they are fast disappearing.
