Affinity Aviation Group (AAG), the London, UK based pre-owned aircraft specialist headed by Andrew Hoy, returns to Europe’s premier business aviation show EBACE in Geneva this week (23-25 May) as it launches an innovative air charter membership arm, FlyAffinity.  The business, led by experienced private charter professional Caroline Talboys, is pledging a fully transparent fixed fee per flight model for its members.

The team comprises airline and private aviation professionals including John Joseph, Carla Toomer, Christopher Dury and Carla Sanghera.

FlyAffinity’s model means that negotiated cost savings will always be passed directly to clients.  FlyAffinity will complement AAG’s transparent and approach to jet sales, offering the benefits of uncompromised personal service and a family ethos – underpinned by commitment and loyalty.

FlyAffinity is also launching with a nod to the climate too, having committed to being a carbon neutral operating company, as registered with Ecosphere+, where it has chosen to support the Tambopata-Bahuaja Biodiversity Reserve project.

Affinity Aviation Group’s Andy Hoy and his team have bought, sold and delivered over 50 business aircraft for discerning clients who value individual service and step by step support through the aircraft trading process.  Now it is widening the expertise into charter.

“FlyAffinity charter aligns very well with the Affinity Sales ethos.  We have wanted to upscale and offer a fixed-fee charter, personalised offering which puts the client first, for some time.  We have always been considered a safe and fully transparent haven for aircraft buyers and sellers since our launch in 2015,” Andy Hoy stated.

He and Caroline Talboys first worked together in 2005 at Bombardier-backed SkyJet International.  “Andy was an inspiring and professional mentor,” said Caroline.   “The opportunity to reunite and co-launch FlyAffinity was an opportunity I was thrilled to take on. I’m looking forward to meeting operators and prospective charter clients this week to talk up our new offering.”

EBACE 2022 marks the seventh anniversary of Affinity Aviation’s ‘Launch on a Launch’ on Lake Geneva.

When Skyjet International was acquired by VistaJet and operations moved to Austria, Caroline became Operations Manager in Southampton where she was head hunted by the owner of First Base Ltd, who asked her to manage his customer focused, 60-suite business centre in Ocean Village.  Whilst voted Centre Manager in record time, Caroline found herself drawn back into aviation.

Within a year Plane Serenity SA was then founded, and Caroline took over as the Flight Service Manager and has remained there for over a decade.  Now proudly joining Affinity Aviation and sharing a new innovative charter model, Caroline leads the business as Client Services Director of the FlyAffinity membership programme.
